Role Description

Senior .NET developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ASP.NET MVC web applications with secure RESTful integrations, database optimization, and compliance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET MVC applications.
Build and support secure REST APIs for internal/external integrations.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit standards.
Design and optimize SQL Server databases for performance.
Deploy, configure, and maintain applications on IIS.
Monitor application performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot application, API, and database issues.
Participate in change management and release planning.
Maintain technical documentation and architecture records.
Support government platform integrations and modernization initiatives.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related.
Experience in government, public sector, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with UAE digital government standards.
Exposure to .NET Core, .NET 6+, or modern Microsoft stacks.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Arabic and English Language proficiency.

Must Have

7+ years in .NET development with ASP.NET MVC 5 & .NET 4.6+
Strong C# and OOP knowledge.
SQL Server design, optimization, and stored procedures.
IIS deployment and management experience.
Secure application development expertise.

Nice to have

Experience with REST API integrations
Exposure to enterprise security practices
Familiarity with Git version control
Performance optimization skills.
Collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
